Ford Xr4 - Officially On Sale - Media Coverage

Whilst some cars have already run out to excited individuals the Ford Fiesta XR4 officially went on sale today. :thumbup:

I'm not going to beat around the bush, I've started up www.FordXR4.com and if you're interested in keeping tabs on all the Media Coverage that'll be coming out then keep an eye out as I'll be running tabs on them... here!

Ford have got great coverage now across the XR range.

I seem to remember seeing an xr4 in the late 80s.

wasnt it a sierra xr4 turbo.

I think the XR4 was a UK Escort.

I have seen a couple of imports with that badging.

Had a look at a couple at Adrian Brien Ford in Adelaide on Saturday.Black with silver stripes and blue(like shockwave) with white stripes.Very nice package.Paint and finish is very verygood.No brochures available for XR4 at the moment.The salesman told me that all the first batch come with stripes but that following batches will have stripes as an option.Good luck with the new forum

I spotted an xr4 in a Ford dealership yesterday, would make a nice little run-around....

also spotted a mirage with big xr4 stickers on it on the way home

The old XR4 that you remember was a Sierra XR4i - it was a 6 cylinder 2.8 litre, 2 door, 2 wheel drive Sierra with two wings. So... I am not sure where the 4 came into the equation!
