post-11655-1181484495_thumb.jpg does anybody have anypics of their standard unmodded blow off value still connected to the engine or are 100 percent certain of which way around the standard one should be fitted ive look though a few post in here but not all ppl seem to have the same idea to correct mounting so using the pic I stole off here is the end with the filter on it the vent and if so that end would normally be connected to the rubber hose on the fire wall side am I correct

just remember the std bosch valve is reverse vented. This means that boost comes in from the side and not from underneath the valve. The pic you attached is the correct setup for it to vent to the atmostphere. Here is some pics from the turbosmart website, may help? cheers.

cheers thanks since playing with that f*cking thing I have had nothing but problems just wanna make sure everything is back the way its meant to be befor I take it into ford on tuesday to have the diff looked at and now my weird turbo sounds and engine alarm light by the way can a broken diff make the engine light come on

chances are it's just bad timing. You may have not been revving it to 4500rpm before the atmo valve setup..... and during testing you have noticed the prob.
