Have a friend who has a 297kw r8 with a couple of mods from Brock Shop, exhaust and a couple of other minor things. I am wanting to see how my T will perform in comparison. Would like to have a bit of a clue of the difference between the 2 before we have a run.

Mine is 04 Auto, K&N, 2nd Cai, and edit from CV arriving today (hopefully)

Anyone had a run with one of these? Or have an opinion on the outcome?

Whoooh Sillhoette, Stock you will get eaten, What mods does he have and what is the outcome of those mods? I suspect that he is runnining over 300 fwkw, and unless you come up with a similiar number if not more to ver come turbo lag, you will still get done. What gearboxes do each of you have and either of you drive?

my car had only a CV edit and ran 340rwhp..

Also as yours is an auto they're faster

OK, 302 rwhp equates to about 300 fwkw, on the money for what I have, also a six speed manual. Making some large generalisations here, I would then suggest he has around 220 rwkw, going by the fact that is what I have. So if you can match that number, which you should, then with the auto I would suggest you would be smiling at the end of the test run. Enjoy your car mate.

XR6T makes another mockery of the V8 stable.....

You will walk all over him, and probably have gone close even in stock mode... They are not much chop those Holdens.
