I have a spare set I will sell that are the same as mine.

H4 Hi/Lo for $250 + shipping.

I bought a set for the Territory, but the wife is happy with the current +50's.

PM me if you want a set.

P.S this is what they cost me from eBay.

Ok so are these ones you have just for the low beam only or does the kit do both the high and low beam.

How hard are they to fit.

Just to let you know ZAP a "k (kelvin)" isn't light. It's heat. Nearly equal to celsius but more accuate in scientific terms. Heat just makes light

By the way. 4300K isn't sunlight. Daylight ranges between 1800K & 6000K depending on the time of day. 5600K being normal midday light. So to get midday daylight, you would need a 6000-7000k filament. Daylight would be acheived at the the headlight reflectors' exact focal distance. You need a higher K filament because light disipates with length.

In my opinion, headlights shouldn't be measured by a heat scale but a light scale instead. 50000 LUX thereabouts is daylight. At least everyone would have a known scale to guage from.

Just thought I would clear that up.

Cheers

The Kelvin, when used in lighting, is actually a measure of the colour temperature. The Kelvin temperature at which the heated black-body radiator matches the hue of the light source is that source's colour temperature, and it is directly related to Planck's law.

So in order to properly describe lighting, the colour temperature is important, as is luminous efficacy (wikipedia explains the gory details).

This is a HI/LO kit that has the solinoid that ajusts the angle of the globe for high beam.

The kit took a hour to fit as it is mostly plugin. The hardest part was attaching the wires to the battery and screwing the 3 boxes to a conveient location.

I will supply more pics of my install to the purchaser to help them in the install.

So the beam is at the one strength the whole time but tilt's back for high beam, shines further down the road. Is that right ???

Yep, when you hit highbeams the globe moves about 15deg and that makes the lights go higher down the road.

Works well, although the light is so good you hardly ever use highbeams.
