Sounds very strange, can you describe what's happening a bit more. ie. are there any changes in sound and if so describe, what rpm is the problem happening? Is the prob still occurring? Ford have a computer function to check for misses, but you have to ask specifically. This mod should not cause misfiring though. Trace the line going from the top of your BOV to where it connects. Make sure you haven't accidently pulled any hoses off.
