Excellent, if cost is reasonable and installation is relatively easy you can put me down for one. Any estimate of when something will be ready harasn? Any guess at the price?

no idea at this stage. I'm working our how to get the right colour back lighting and IMturbo can figure out the other stuff. I think that it would be easier to have an electronic guage from the ecu rather than a vacuum guage as hard to get a hose up there and fit to the guage. smaller too. Will let you know ASAP!

Look forward to your response. Although digital is probably easier, there is something clasic about an analouge gauge that tickles my fancy. I'm also considering something in the pillar, but its hard to get a factory look.

when I said digital I wasn't meaning as in a digital guage face. Old analoge style with matching blue back lighting is what we will am for. as factory looking as we can make it! :unsure:

It is being looked into boys and its not by Ford. we have the technology we can build it! will keep ya posted. The price for the clock is $110. might see if we can just source the trim needed. Keep the costs down!

you must have all read mine and IMTURBOs mind. we were talking about it a while back and just getting the ball rolling and this thread started!

If you can make something that fits in with the rest of the colour theme, that will just make it more attractive B)

If cost is reasonable, count me in as well :unsure:

I'd love one, but considering the factory boost only just touches 6psi and goes back down to 5psi, lets say you don't want a 20psi boost gauge.

I had been thinking about a guage that went to a max of 15psi to allow for future mods to be able to be seen! This sound okay? Open to thoughts! Do you want it to show vacuum as well? All fun. hope it works!

It's a small world....I've been thinking along the same lines as the opinions expressed here!

Dial style gauge to 15 psi boost, also showing vacuum. Most gauges I had looked at were along the lines of +15, -15 psi. I'm don't know to what level of vacuum this engine sees, but do want to monitor it via a gauge.

If ya's can source/provide a factory look boost/vacuum gauge to install to were the Fairmont anologue clock lives, I'm definitely up for one!!!!

OK PROTO TYPE SHOULD BE READY IN A COUPLE WEEKS PROLLY WILL BE A MECHANICAL VERSION UNLESS I CAN SUSS OUT WHICH WIRE IS THE BOOST CONTROLLER , Harsen has been kind enough to take some pics of one and I should be picking up the clock assy next week some thime... I was considering puting the xrturbo.com on the face plate and illuminate it blue like the dash.. anyways I cant confirm anything untill I get the real thing working.
