Yeah I will take it to my tuner soon. It is the dry season here so humidity is low and temps are low, freezing actually, like 20c at night. I'm running 386rwkw BTA tune and had a crap time at the last drags, flogged most people but everyone's times were slow. All Holden's were 13+ my best was 12.8 manually shifting the auto. Not impressed. I don't really trust the tuners up here to play with it, but they should be able to check if it is safe.

45T-XR's account is the best I've heard. He definitely wasn't getting more timing so it's pretty cool to hear what the water/meth did. In warmer climates I'd definitely be considering it!

What was your mph mate?

That will give us an idea on how much power you have at the time.

I don't ever remember it being 20c up there but this last couple of years has been crazy with regards to the north being colder than the norm!

Townsville is dry as a nuns nasty atm and today is windy and still only 22c in the kitchen atm which is just wrong...

Means I can wear a flano though!

No idea on mph. Bloody track wasn't handing out times and they have some new online live system that requires you to subscribe to get your times. Quite expensive

$2.50 for a single days results is fine especially if you only go on the odd occasion but I do believe it should be free! Although you can pull the whole days information on every racer for that day so it's not so bad there with your mates all cocking it over who's is the biggest...Haha

$25 for a year I suppose is OK especially if you attend every meet and it keeps a record of the usual track information (wind, air, barometric etc) and your information also...

It all seems a bit of a rort though for the average guy but they do have to make money to keep them going. That's why the Townsville track here died as there was just no funding (or support) from the local council for one and the turn outs were abysmal!

Ok found it ordered it. Interestingly my best mph if the night was my slowest run. 1/4 was 13.1 and Mph was 113.9. That was my only run in auto

Actually which one of you is running the AEM setup? I think I recal dave talking about on the phone the other day. did you get it sorted? sounded like a good unit. alot flasher than my snow stage 2

I ordered the AEM setup. But it only got delivered Thursday after almost a month since ordering due to a f*ckwit of a supplier.

I've been at work so I get my hands on it tonight when I get home.

Can't wait to start mounting it.

Anyone want to chime in but afaik that to me is about 300rwkw!

I'd say your is probably doing what my car was and falling over during the run? Do you have half track mph?

That run is nearly identical to mine also when I thought I had atleast 330rwkw!
