Your AFR's are a little bit to high. I would be getting a custom asap.

Good result otherwise. :stupid:

No dig at you envy T, but this is brought up from time to time that AFR's are a bit high, low etc. What range should they sit in?

Oh yeah cool. How much? Is that the only graph you got?

I want to get mine back on a dyno to make sure everythings ok

55$ for 2 runs, I only wanted a print out of my best one, first one was only .4 lower, good bunch of blokes, they were extremely suprised at what kind of car and how much power it had for someone my age, but I get that alot these days haha

I realise that AFR's will change from car to car but.....

What should be a reasonable level if you are running a tune & F6 air box.

Just looking for range.

Sweet :stupid:

Might go down tomorrow and have a go. By the way, that's very good power for a generic tune!

Pretty sure they're meant to be between high 11's and mid 12's. Don't take that to gospel though cause I've got a pretty bad memory :stupid:

Everyone I speak to tells me that AFR's should be in the low 12's, accross the power curve. Silhouette's nudge 13, and this IMHO is to high.

With the stock squirters and 12.2-12.5 afr, power would be about 10-15 rwkws less.

This is just what I have been told.

The AFRS should not sit in the 13s at high RPM running 10psi at WOT, they should be sitting at 12.5 or lower. This just illustrates how sh*t the stock injectors actually are, they really can't flow enough fuel for these motors to run boost up top, we have seen it time and time again with all different tune houses. Even custom tunes see these lean AFR's. Now AFRs will also vary from application to application I.e how much boost you run, what type of fuel you use and if your car is Turbo, naturally aspirated ect. There is many factors that go into influencing what a desired AFR for a particular application should be, e.g leaner the mixture the higher the combustion chamber temps, the more prone a motor is to detonating and melting a piston. I hope the timing is kept on the conservative side on this tune :stupid:

Its always good to be on the safe side.

Thanks for that info :stupid:
