He didn't so maybe they have just stopped even trying.

lv619 New Member 4 Member For: 18y 6m 27d Posted 24/05/07 01:28 PM Share Posted 24/05/07 01:28 PM Is it the fpv steering wheel (will have an fpv badge rivited into it) or just a normal momo steering wheel? You do NOT need to give it back. It was obviously a mistake made at the factory... it has gone through all of their quality control etc at the factory and the dealer didnt notice at first, thus it is now part of your car. The guys at the dealer will swap it over and keep it for themselves if u let them, trust me.

It's their mistake anyway, you pointed it out to them and they failed to do anything. If the boss really wants the wheel I'm sure he can afford to buy one

If you had a friend pick the car up for you and they had not noticed the wheel was the wrong one, and you called and complained a few days later and they said, to bad so sad, than I’m only guessing but I think the heading of this thread would be somewhat different. This kind of accessory is fitted at the dealer, they obviously fitted the wrong wheel, the boss possibly ordered the FPV wheel for his car but got yours by mistake and just wants his back and I don’t blame him. I would not be expecting them to ‘look after you’ on any marginal warrantee claims though, as a result that may finish up being the most expensive FPV wheel of all time!
