I running out of ideas.....Got the car booked into an auto electritian on wednesday so will let you know what happens. Ninka Donating Members 1,850 Member For: 21y 10m 17d Gender: Male Location: Perth, WA Posted 25/06/07 12:03 PM Share Posted 25/06/07 12:03 PM The mixing of hot/cold air is done by a motor internal to the HIM module!However it is retractable, and if you have a look at the attached photos, you can see the white motor shaft which pushes onto the shaft on the opposite side (circled in RED).Check that the white motor shaf extension is pushed fully into the HIM module, so that it is more or less flush with the surface, and it should be engaged properly.On Dual Zone CC, this is the shaft which is split into 2, so that the 2 sides can be controlled independently (they obviously have 2 servo motors).Hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
