He solved all of them to my surprise and he certainly knows his job. I would certainly recomend to go see him specifically.On the other hand I took the car to Midway Ford about a year ago and dealt with this other guy (who is still there) and he didnt solve the two major warranty issues that had and put up with since the car was new. He came up with bull sh*t excuses and this guy has a bit of a sh*t attitude. Now the BA Fairmont is quite a nice car to drive with no vibration and no spongy brake pedal. I said noooooooooooooooooooo don't do it!!! But he assures me he will be pulling them into line, and sorting out the issues with costing. Not sure whether to go there in the future or not, but I guess someone has to be the guinea pig! At least I know his service attitude is excellent, and the price is something to be aggreed upon before handing over the keys...But it's the principle of the thing, I just can't bring myself to go to Nuford!
