I can put it to plumback and just get that flutter noise like the standard BOV, or put it to ATMO and it goes Really loud (depending on which setting you use)yes GFB is a better valve for the reasons mentioned here. The TS kompact valve will still have the atmo hole a little exposed when screwed down tight, therefore making some venting noise at WOT. I went with a TS kompact as it was cheaper at the time. Through gear changes they'd be fairly silent cause your foot doesn't come off the accellerator like in a manual.Hope this helps Are you supposed to take your foot off the accellerator when you change gears in a manual? I've got a feeling that moving it out of that little crammed space at the back will make it sound a bit louder.. could be wrong though

Will make a decision then.Maybe im just ignorant or missing something here, but wouldnt you just be able to twist it to zero noise (plumback) to get the defect lifted? Plumback are legal are they not?I thought that was the whole idea of the GFB Stealth FX!!!
xhute0 Member 55 Member For: 17y 7m Gender: Male Location: Bordertown SA Posted 25/06/07 10:32 AM Share Posted 25/06/07 10:32 AM The claim from Transport SA was "It's not the standard valve so it is illegal" which loosley translated means "we can't be f*cked talkin to you so this is the easy option"
