Yeah well if that's true why dont they impound DUI drivers cars, oh yeah I forgot doing a burn out is far worse than killing some one while drink driving.

I had a mate who got caught drink driving twice & he lost his licence for a long time both times.. but he still had his car.. and still drove it to work and when 4b-ing

For the people who are giving local examples....The Laws in the USA are different.

Apparently you are at risk of jail after the second major driving offence. She DUI'ed twice and then got busted twice for no license.

The laws on Oz are BS when a person can DUI multiple times, keep their car and freedom, but you get busted chirping your tyres you can loose your car for 3 months on the first offence.

what a waste of money locking her up...... A mate of mine got done DUI as he was involved in an accident............ two people badly hurt... he got $700 dollar fine and loss of licence for 6 months...

sure she broke the law.... community service for a few days maybe??? cleaning up shiat on the road side?? now that would be embarressing

But jail is just laughable.... save it for the real crims!!

Once again money doesn't mean you automatically have brains, she DUIed twice, would we still say let her off if she mowed down one of our family members. The bimbo was lucky that didn't happen. Yes but they are all full..

What happened to the desperate housewives chic.. Got 60 days in prison, was there for 2 hours when they realised they didnt have enough room for her...

Got sent home to do her sixty days.......

I think the jailers wont want the 24/7 media coverage and the choppers flying overhead to get that million dollar shot of Paris pealing spud they will just send her home too..

Think she will be a better person for it though, life does have consequences.....

I feel more sadness for Paris than I do for Schapelle Corby............

Paris knew not what she did, shapelle knew exactly what she was doing and it was all for personel gain
