Sounds good, I'm over east, so we'll be able to get in at the start of the convoy.

July may be a bit difficult, but August should be OK.

OK - August looks good - someone suggest a date!!!

I have found out the following info. from Sovereign Hill:

Adult: $27.00

Child: $13.00 (Up to 15 - under 5 free)

Pensioner/Student: $20.00

Family: $70.00 (2 Adults & up to 4 children)

Single Parent Family: $49.00 (1 Adult and up to 3 children)

If we have a group of 20 or more we will get a 10% discount on the above prices. We will need to advise them of when we are coming a couple of days before as they would want to meet us out the front and get us to enter as a group. They would prefer it if we paid as a group but it sounds like it is possible to pay seperately and still get the discount - as long as we all go in at the same time.

So - lets get some numbers!!! :D :thumbsup:

BLKXRT - I will verify the 'under 5' ...... :D

Guys, start to post how many adults and children (with names) and I will update the first post - we will then see how many 'families' we can make!!! (Could get a bit tricky with break up of costs but let's see how it goes!!).

Also put your preference for a date ..... 17th or 24th of August.

As for meeting places, I think it would be easiest if we stuck with those from last time - what do you guys think??

I was more thinking that if you have 2 or 3 kids and have to pay the family price, then just adopt someone elses kid so they get in free.....you are no worse off and someone will save a few bucks.

But I guess you are right, we need to make it fair all round so someone with an accounting degree better come along.. :lol: :lol:

At this stage either date seems OK.

We would be 2 Adults (Steve & Michelle) & 1 child < 5 (Aleece)

PS: You really don't want an accountant when it comes to splitting bills, (unless you've got a PC with you so we can spreadsheet it all properly!) :thumbsup:

OK - First post has been updated with details.

I need a 'Westy' to suggest a good meeting spot out that way .........

We also need to work out times - I think we should be aiming to arrive there around mid/late morning so if anyone knows how long it will take, let's work it backwards .....

Date still needs to be confirmed ........

Names/Number of people still needs to be confirmed ...........

Don't worry - still plenty of time to sort out details - let's just try and get the 20+ people!!!! :wwww:

I have edted the firts post and included numbers....

BTW I have astrong preference for it NOT to be the 24th August as I am on call for work and it is hard (but not imposible) to swap. I'll wait and see where the numbers fall before I get too worried though.
