However, I'm a Ford man through and through and would love to get my hands on one, so in a way am living and breathing the car through you guys... I work in a marketing / advertising field and think the idea of a convoy drive would be awesome for Ford. I saw a post that said maybe Ford could get involved if everybody got on board. I have some contacts in at Ford and plan to speak to them about it - maybe they could get some engineers on the drive to speak about the cars, or Craig Lowndes or Marcos Ambrose to ride with everybody etc.What does everyone think? COTY,I think this is a fantastic idea and after seeing the attention this car has received including awards, and marketing and just the whole hype surrounding the car what better way for ford to show to the rest of Australia (and other car companies) look what we have done! look at this fantastic piece of machinery.. For example some of the shots taken of my car only last night Acid Rush XR6 TurboMakes me extremely proud to own a car like this and be a part of the Ford Family.. I have some mates who do Expensive Daewoo cruises who were so impressed with the car they actually asked me to go out with them! It would be great to get some guys together in Sydney for a spin. Maybe if you live in Sydney and have your car or are soon to have your car you could mention it in the bottom of your post to give us an idea of numbers?In Sydney and driving.
