Only time will tell, but I have real concerns about what it's going to do to inflation and the flow on - interest rates. That said I think more could have been invested in tackling the water issue, infrastructure particularly roads and transport.I know that these are generally state driven but an improved and efficient national rail freight network would remove literally hundreds of semi - trailers off the roads which would be a big help in unclogging major aterials.
