FPVWEPN Member 12 Member For: 17y 8m 4d Posted 06/05/07 01:12 PM Share Posted 06/05/07 01:12 PM Hi guys new to this fourm I think this is my first post!!!I have a 04 mk 2 t 6 speed in rapid ( sedan).Had a few mods done to it latest one being power mods courtesy of the wog!!Had a xforce 3.5 inch exhaust fitted to my car with the twin dump nad metal cat.I have noticed that there is a rattle coming from under the car somehwere at the rear at idle could this be the exhaust??? The exhaust was touching where it goes over the diff. I used a hose clamp on the rubber support to firm it up and stop it from hanging down. It only had to be lifted a couple of mm. Start and idle the car for a few minutes and inspect the shield to see if it is vibrating, resonating at a particular rpm or otherwise making a rattlinging noise.
