I tell you what, I honestly can't wait for Danny to work his obvious magic on my car. By all accounts the guy takes the time to get the result we all want, and isnt precious about it.

Plus he knows that a stock F6 is supposed to boost up to 0.64 bar, so he gets extra points!!

After looking at the before and after results, to illustrate the difference for you guys, its like going from a stock XR6T to having an edit with custom tune, there is that much in it. Shows you that although you can make the power on a dyno, but its not a true measure of the cars performance. You will find that the car now will use less fuel, and be downright quicker at all points of the rev range. Another great tune by Headsex...You really got to change that name Danny :spoton:

To tell you the truth I couldnt be stuffed wasting my time, I only paid for the tune once the rest was all free (trying to fix there tune) and the other stuff was just parts and labour which that side of things is all good.

And thanks to every one for there comments and feedback :bum:

Well done Danny mate :roflmbo: id love for you sometime if your free to take alook at my car, like ive said to michael im not the happiest with my hpf tune either im not in the same boat as michael with the big probs like him but I just feel that its not always putting out the power it should be I actually feel it mayb should be making more power or even the same power on less boost

Sure dude I could look at it, but got for a drive in mikes.. Infact see if he'll let you drive it so you have a comparison to yours.. Not talking about jumping in and flogging it, drive light throttle, medium throttle and compare the smoothness and the power it makes comparied to yours. That's worth more than the big number at the top at the top of a dyno graph. A dyno will never show this. As I've said before a dyno does not show the drivability of a car on the road, it only shows WOT power. Mikes first comment before he nailed it was 'fark its smoother accelerating'

When we put mikes on the dyno sometime this week, I will focus on tuning 5000rpm to 6000rpm, as this is the only region that counts when giving a big dyno power number.

All this done without peaking the boost past15psi.

when mike brings it down to the dyno ill come with him so I can chat to you about my car mate, so ill arrage to go for drive with him b4 then, yeah im after driveabilty not so much huge power I still like being over 300rwkws though. I was at the nizpro dyno day when you 1st had your car there and simon was ver inpressed with you and gave you a huge rap as you know more then alot of tuners out there to what your actually doin, so I have no doubts that you could make my car drive a hell of alot better mate :roflmbo:

I have no doubt mikes car will make over 300rwkw, marios dyno is rumoured to be tight, however we will do a back to back run of the 2 tunes 'before' I fine tune his topend to really see the difference. I have 4 cars to tune so there might not be much talking but never the less 5 minutes is wasted flashong these cars..

That day at nizpro I felt was very rewarding, as simon also said they don't compliment people. Simon and dave were also muttering making power ontop of what mine was making back then will be hard, but never the less, 9.5 psi instead of 8.5psi with 2 degrees less timing and power jumped from 222rwkw to 240rwkw. Shows what 1 psi does if done properly.. All with std injectors and afr starting to move upto 12.5afr at top end. But.. A lot has changed since then.. Especially the way I do boost control.

I do owe a lot of thanks to the guys at nizpro, although my knowledge of the pcm is like second nature, I still had a lot to learn about the xr6t engine. And although nizpro didn't tell me what to do, they still pointed me in the right direction. Dave also did say I would be wasting my money coming to the nizpro training course, however did mention there was a advanced one coming up, which sounds initeresting..

But never the less this is one major reason why I have a nizpro cobra kit on my engine. It works!
