At that power level, you shouldn't have that much trouble strapping it down properly.I think it depends what sort of dyno it is... I know that a particular dyno hear in canberra can be run in 3rd or 4th and it makes very little difference (I've witnessed it myself, and have the dyno chart). DD dyno's need to be in 4th from what I know. But that's true, at that power level there shouldn't be any problems if it's strapped down properly.
