800rwkw  I wonder how that goes it the wet :w00t2:

I flag marshalled for an event with a s15 or 20 or what ever they are and that had nearly 600 rwkw and it was the slowest car in the event.

had the power between 8 and 9000 rpm

under that you may as well push it

my mate has a jap spec S15 200sx running just a cat-back exhaust, KnN pod filter and big front mount cooler at 14psi and he beat me in my stock T and alot of other cars on the road including the new 6.0litre holdens! Theyr only 186kw stock but they pull mid to high 13s 1/4 mile they are bloody fast! the aus-delivered ones arent as quick only 146kw and high 14s to flat 15sec 1/4 mile.

Weight is the enema and unfortunately the fords are obese. I'm always wary of 200SX's and Skyline's as even the non GTR can go damn hard.

I wouldn't be too worried you've got enough power to fend off most cars though, it's suprising how many cars on the street have over 300rwkw's now.

Hi guys , my first post ! Good to be part of the community .

I have owned a WRX my99 standard - handles and has punch , 200 s14 - LIVERPOOL exhaust , boost , BOV , TOMEI exhaust man , GARRETT turbo , POWER FC and large PLAZMAMAN front mount and 15 psi -- 12.4 quarter mile - liked it but cramped inside for me . so I purchased an XR6 , found more comfortable with sh*t loads more torque and can pull my Jet ski , along with a hot chick in the front and her fat chicks friends in the back with out sagging the suspension .

Love the XR6 , mainly because im a bit older now . I have mates with 8 sec and 9 sec drag cars I help with , and to save all the arguments about which one is faster the basic rule is , the one with the most money spent on proven QUALITY parts ( in a good combination of course ) , with the most boost ( at that point in time at the traffic lights ) and also driving skill will ALWAYS win . It has nothing to do with brand of car . HP per KG is the formula .

I recently got my ass wiped by silver/grey turbo S2000 Honda in Arncliffe - he had that much extra under the bonnet that it looked like I was standing still - so I'm gonna do something to never get embarassed like that again .
