Disconnect the 4 connectors under the body computer starting from drivers side, working towards the passenger side.Unscrew the top screw located at the top of the ICC.Unscrew the 4 lower M6 bolts used to secure the ICC to the instrument panel.Prise the top structure of the ICC away from the dash.Once the clip-points have been disengaged slide the ICC out of the dash. Now you have to swap over the BEM and remote key receiver. You should just be able to compare the 2 unit and easily see what needs to be swapped over. Now put it back in making sure to plug the connectors in the reverse order to which they came out. eg, last connector out is first connector back in. You'll see the wires going up to it.

You won't have any problems with security codes though.

No you will not have any problems to drive your vehicle to ford presuming that the ICC is fitted in correctly. When my tft screen was installed from my 6 stacker, the only issue I had was a security error.I than drove it to ford and they rectified this in minutes San.
