Tune is meant to pump out 12psi and have 270rwkw +. Boost comes in late after 4000 rpm. Tried another boost controller and that wasnt problem. If its a sticky wastegate how would I go about freeing it up? And im guessing the only way to see if its the actuator is to change it, roughly how much? LTSBGY Member 259 Member For: 18y 9m 22d Posted 29/04/07 10:09 AM Author Share Posted 29/04/07 10:09 AM The problem was due to the wastegate actually slipping down some how, not sure if it was factory fault or not but because it had slipped down it was hitting the wall of the turbo and wouldnt close. It took a very hard bashing to move it just a few mm so hopefully it wont happen again and if it does then a tak weld wil make sure it doesnt slip down again.
