Hey Guys,

I'm about 20 minutes away from picking up my 06 XR6T 6spd in Shcokwave. From the dealer, I would like her to sound a bit more beefy. The problem I am having is that I'm a girl and everybody seems to be feeding me ........ Can you guys help me out. We (my new baby & me)are in Perth

any suggested workshops would been appreciated, I'm sick of the nonsense.

ooohhhhhh Im getting so excited

Many thanks

D

cheap little way of getting it to sound a bit meaner is to get the center muffler removed and replaced with either a straight through pipe or hotdog

I'm surprised nobody has posted this yet.... :stirthepot:

Seriously though :spoton:, and the best thing would be to go along to one of the local cruises and check out what everyone's got :spoton:

Yeh good one Tab :nono:

Don't worry about getting fed bullsh1t by exhaust shops etc. because your a girl, they bullsh1t everyone.

You've done the right thing by coming here to ask questions. Ask away, do some searching and soon you'll be able to run rings around most so called experts.

Enjoy the new car and take it easy until you get used to it, even in stock form they can be a bit of a handful.

Hi and :stirthepot: to the turbo club.

A Hotdog is a small sassuage shaped muffler that will reduce noise in your exhaust.

To get the center muffler replaced with a hotdog will cost about $3-400.

If you need work done, you cannot go past Simon from Xtreame, have a look in the sponsor section for more details.

Get some pics of your can and most of all enjoy it :spoton:

Great to have another girl here as Shazza (phantomchick) needs more support
