weight can make a BIG difference to a cars performance. If the Aurion starts off a good 100kg lighter and you have more weight in the xr6 t even another 50 odd kilos (Over the 3 people and boot). Your extra 40 fwkw will be eaten away very quickly.

The 6 speed would more than likely have shorter gearing too and that would help in the straight line off the lights.

That's why guys strip cars to run faster 1/4 mile times because bang for your buck weight loss is the best performance mod you can do.

Rememer the T can vary anything upto 20 rwkw from factory to, some are just slower than others, that is mass production for you.

Its all about Bang for your Buck today and for 40 grand against 48 for a T or 60 for a phoon on road thay go hard I did quote both cars were loaded up I haven't had tme to compare empty yet. The supercharged TRD if they can keep traction will be QIK

He didn't say he got flogged, just that it kept up with him, the Aurion runs a low 15 (15.3) I think Wheels got out of one. Depending on gearing and what that particular T is putting out, is it that hard to believe?

Take the eye patches off guys and open the other one. Spend a couple of grand on each though and the result will be very different so who cares.
