They look OK, but would have to be the biggest rip off on the options list.

AFAIK the one thing they have over the standard hard cover is that they can open (tilt) further.

the tilt on my cover is crap!

I like the sports bars.. look better than the shopping trolly spoiler, but you get very limited use of the last 1/3 of your tray dont you?

With all the options on the cover (bars & spoiler) its just too busy

Definatly with the sports bars look better (that is if you must have the hard cover).

When I had my ute, I could never understand the point of the hard cover unless you wanted to lock stuff in, but if you had to do that then you should just get a sedan. The hard cover just made the tray useless and heavy (especially for bikes) and, at the time, you couldn't have the sports bars which make the utes look complete.

What does look crap are hard covers with spoilers :stirthepot:

In my opinion, nothing looks better or tougher on a Falcon ute than a custom fitted tonneau (the Ford ones are crap and don't fit properly) and sports bars.

I got a hardcover on the BF for the security....and not many people would chuck the things that are typically in the tray of a ute on the back seat of a sedan!

It is a pain in the arse though, there's no doubt about that. And not like the BA hardcovers that could be removed more easily.

With you on the wings - bit too over the top :w00t2:

The 3 piece hard cover (with bulge) and sports bar is also very hard to see over when reversing. I have ordered this option on my SP Ute and with the spoiler attached, it does make it compulsery to fit a reversing camera if you are a shorty. It's fine for me as I am tall but others I know who have this option have difficulties. I think it looks horn, but each to there own. It's not everyones cup of tea, but if it floats your boat then go for it. :roflmbo:

So how difficult is at removing the hard cover off a BF. I've got one with the bulge and wing. I don't particularly like it. I'm am keen at getting the one with the sportsbar (no wing).

Do you guys know whether it's easy and possible to take the hard lid off the ones with sportsbar.
