This morning this guy in his brand new black 550i tried to run me.

I dropped it back to 3rd pulled along side him from behind then hit forth and pulled ahead a few car lengths.

That was the good.

The bad was I had to feather the trottle as my Excede clutch started to slip.

Since my X Force exhaust it has been slipping when it is cool and my boost is hitting 15psi instead of the 12psi it was set at.

The clutch is ok when it is only boosting to 12psi but when it boost to 15psi it doesn't want to know about it.

May have to look for a better clutch now.

So what do these 550i go like?

I don't think they're that special in a straight line. According to wheels the are similar to a 6.0ltr auto calais or a stock T (0-100 5.9sec, 0-400 14.0sec @168km/h).

As a reference the 5.0ltr m5 does 0-100 in 4.4sec, 0-400 in 12.5sec (pretty impressive for a full sized car na 5.0ltr off the showroom floor imo).

If I was you I'd visit the tuner and get the car checked/updated since you fitted the exhaust before giving it a hard time, hate to see something break. At the power levels these things are capable of (550+hp) it only takes a slight problem to cause big probs.

The 550i might be slower then a modded T but I recon it would give a stock GT a good run for its money!

I'd still have one!

Come on, an arthritic turtle will give a Granny Trolly a run for its money. :spoton:
