Hi,

We been thinking about getting a pup for a few weeks now and yesterday we went and had a look at a couple.

It was a Staffy x Bull Terrier male witha dark coat. I like Staffies but I am not sure about the Bully, the mum was a Staffy and the pups head is shaped more like a staffy rather then a bully. Any thoughts guys? We want a smaller do for outside.

Anyone in WA know anyone that has or will have any pups for sale soonish?

Cheers :stupid:

staffies are great. Mine's currently living with mum and dad, because she's a bit hypo around the bub.. not that she'd intentionally hurt the baby, but she just doesn't realise how heavy and strong she is.

They just love being with people :idunno:

If you want something small suitable for outside - GET A RABBIT :crybaby:

Doesn't need walking, has very little social interaction requirement, and is low maintainance :spoton:

Sorry to hijack your thread, but the single dog in a back yard really gets me going

I have 2 German Shepherds (my no. 5 & 6) and they are indoors.

They get walked twice a day, don't annoy the neighbours with barking all day and sh*t all over the backyard attracting flies.

Amazing pets, and totally engaged in our lives, much to the reward for all parties involved :spoton:

Good luck with your search, and remember, the initial outlay for a good and healthy animal, is recovered many times over during its life, in saved frustrations and vet bills :crybaby:

Get one from the SPCA.

Our dog was a stray who sat outside our shop for a couple of days a german shepard x with ridgeback so we decided to keep him.

SPCA would look after him but after a week, you know what happens, so we looked after him and they never found the owner.

a few years down the track the owner appoached us tellin us the story of our dog! random? yes I know.

He lived till he was about 13, we had to put him down as he was just too old and his hips were shot.

In all serious and back to the topic, go to the SPCA help out a pup which would otherwise not have a ful filled life as they deserve.
