Hey guys,

I have recently relocated from Sydney up to sunny Brisvegas and am really looking forward to going on a cruise and meeting some of you Queenslanders. I'm gonna be up here for a while so it will be good to put faces to the names.

Still have no licence but there is never a shortage of people who wanna drive the T so count me in and I will see if I can get another T down there.

The licence saga......

In a nutshell, I was given two 3 month suspensions for excessive speed and loss of points early 2006 (my 'private road' has highway patrol cruising up and down!!).

Upon serving my first 3 month suspension I was caught 'driving whilst suspended', which led to a court appearance resulting in a mandatory minimum 12 month disqualification. (plus solicitor/court fees totalling nearly $3K)

Worst part is I bought the T in dec 05 and drove it for 4 weeks and then my downward spiral began and my shocking speeding history caught up to me. So I told my girlfriend to sell her buzz box and step up to the T (didn't really have to twit her arm!!) cause I don't want it sitting around.

I have never spent so much time polishing a car I can't drive

My 12 months is nearly up (mid July).

So bring on July!!!

Hi All

How about a cruise out the back of the Gold Coast perhaps up to Binna Burra or Springbrook and back through canugra and on down to Cav's Steakhouse for Dinner, that'll bring back some memories for blonksta and it's a good long drive as well.

Any day except 13th (Mothers Day) and the 20th (Humble Pie Cruise) would be ok for me if I'm allowed to come.

are the roads we goin on real harsh? coz I went up tambo the other week wit some cars n I thought I buckled my wheels a few times...20's arent great on some of those roads...im jus bn a sook...lol
