Great day, had a blast. Hightlight would be following lee in that monster, never seen someone drive so much in a straight line sideways. What gear box are we up to now? 3rd? The route was great, nice bendy bits with a few long bits in between... I think after Saturday it is the first time since I picked up my ute that I really realised how much potential these cars have!

Thanks trent, organised brilliantly, shame it got dark towards the end, cant believe you even organised ZZ top to make a guest appearance! sensational. I will definitely be along for the next one. Think I will have the video cam mounted... especially if I'm behind lee again, I did get a shocking vid of lee at one of the intersections, will load it up later and see if its worth posting.

thanks alex,was nice to meet you,I had alot of fun,one of the best cruises ive been on.glad to see your happy with your ute,they definatly have some go straight from the factory,you,ll have to come over to the elite dyno day and see whats she runs up

and yes its the 3rd gearbox,possibly a 4th if I dont curb my driving style

Thanks Trent for organising the day it was great fun with lots of twisty bits. My car was not running as it should but I still had fun going up those mountains. Going through the rocky cutting at springbrook there was a bellowing noise coming from my rear. My passenger turned to me and said, whats wrong with your car dad. It was not my car it was Shane's beast breathing down my neck, that thing is awsome. Great to see everyone again and see some new faces.

It's more of a rattle at the moment, isn't it. LOL.

I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with that big shiney thing at the front of the engine bay on the passengers side.
