That was so much fun could have been better though if you could have organised some better light from the guy upstairs

Sorry about me holding everyone up and then my brother with his prob.

We drive our cars all the time and what do you know we both end up with probs only minute's within each other

Mine stripping some tread on something sharp on the road

And brother with his heater tap.

Well at least they where only minor prob's and we where able to continue with no more problems.

Had we own the other brand we may have had to leg it home.

Once we got going again I could see my little brother was starting to enjoy himself through the twisties, pitty I had to baby mine though as didn't want to load up that slightly damaged tyre.

Maybe next time I to can enjoy the twisty stuff.

Brother and sister inlaw where feeling a bit out of place with there EL XR8 being the oldest car on the cruise and maybe the slowest.

Some good may have come of that though as he has been wanting to get a Typhoon and his woman has been saying no.

Last night at Cav's I asked him when he is getting a Typhoon and he has replied once he sells his XW, Cruiser and EF XR6, and his woman just just smiled and was in total agreeance and replied how she loved the car and sound of the yellow Typhoon of Rapid's and the Blue ute with the stripes and mine.

So maybe it may happen a bit quicker now after this cruise.

Cav's was very enjoyable, top place and man that's what you call a steak, never had a piece of steak that thick before and that nice, Good work on picking that place

It was great meeting up with you guy's and putting face to username's.

Top effort can't wait till the next one daytime though.

I have an interview with the sunday mail about some sh*t I am srirring up for a friend about the goverment and they want to see us both on saturday after lunch.

That would be ok except it is a 3hour drive each way so I am staying there for the weekend.

Yeh and I bet you did it at 300kph wheel speed and 150kph actual.

Would look orsm.

That is one orsm setup.

Wish you didn't have to cover up that manifold though as the heat shield looks um better not say as don't want to offend though you may agree.

I know it's there for a few purposes.

Have you lifted those front wheels off the ground yet on the track.

What are you running in the way of driveline eg std T56 or beefed up (& no not talking about Cav beef either), diff, cv's etc.

Thanks everyone for actually turning up! Must say it was a pretty good day and need to make special mention of our guest from the other club.

Brilliant to catch up with a few old faces (no offence intended) and also to welcome the newbs.

As for the next one....keep your eyes peeled for the Blonk MkII cruise at the end of June. He's getting all emotional after missing out on this so I guess we could go for a drive with the poor little thing.
