Phills FPV GTP sure was the stand out car of the group. never thought a V8 would make so many sounds like a train whistle / choo choo to you too phill.

Guys and girls, had a fantastic day, thank you to TrentO for the organisation. It was funny cause Tracey didnt want to come the night before and even yesterday morning, cause we knew no one. However she finally admitted that she had a good time when we were driving home. Shazza count us in for july.....even though she like that other brand of car...Grrrrr. We only ended up with a couple of photos similar to Chris's, probably should have given the camera to you Shaz as it sounds like the back of the pack was were the action was. Shane that phoon of yours is just an awesome thing, keen to see what it will run. Cant wait for the next one...maybe in the other direction?

Would anyone be keen on a drag night? I know Al said something about the FPV & Xr club having one next weekend but one of our own?

Great day, had a blast. Hightlight would be following lee in that monster, never seen someone drive so much in a straight line sideways. What gear box are we up to now? 3rd? The route was great, nice bendy bits with a few long bits in between... I think after Saturday it is the first time since I picked up my ute that I really realised how much potential these cars have!

Thanks trent, organised brilliantly, shame it got dark towards the end, cant believe you even organised ZZ top to make a guest appearance! sensational. I will definitely be along for the next one. Think I will have the video cam mounted... especially if I'm behind lee again, I did get a shocking vid of lee at one of the intersections, will load it up later and see if its worth posting.
