I wasted a fair bit of time checking all the fuses etc when I should have just come on here and done a search! A peculiar thing that the RAC WA guy told me was that in order to jump start the car (I was stranded at a shop parking lot after getting a carton of beer) you had to remove the relay which was located in the engine fuse box which is that black plastix box on the left hand side above the position of the battery. Without removing the relay the starter motor just would not kick in.Anyways my radio was displaying 'CODE' and when I turned the ignition key you could hear clicking noises (from the starter motor I guess). Basically nothing electrical would work apart from a few interior lights when I tried to start the car. Hope this will be of benefit for someone else trawling the net like I did tonite!
