It was from the cross over pipe - a little bullet sized aluminium dag had come away and went through the turbo & into the intercooler (where it was found) Typical Ford problem again!! $1100 to fix the turbo (all new inside) that's not including labour Aly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I approached Ford through the dealer who agreed to replace it under warranty-I was quiet surprised!! Now after 3 months the new turbo has let go. Bearing problems not blades as happened to yours.
