Speak to your MP.Do you work for private enterprise if so , I see your point. If not, your dept gets a better cut of the taxation pie. BTW I am not a cop, not that it matters, my job is thanklesss as well. Don't meet budget, no job.simple. The difference is all my colleagues are in the same boat. You cannot get blood from a stone FFS, yet that is what is expected from the NSW Police Service.Personally I would prefer a re-badging to Police FORCE as it was in QLD in the Bjelke-Peterson era.Better ratios of Cops to scum, smaller tax base. No street crime and the cops had respect or else. The baddies would sh*t now. So did the good guys. It is all about respect and the softcock reality of todays overboard Political correctness, which in turn disables the few Coppers on the ground to do there jobs effectively.Personal experience. I had the FORCE in Qld come down on me like a ton of bricks, I was just waiting innocously for a cab. To cut a long story short , I got the fark punched out of me by 4 unsupervised constables. Yes, hospital. Needless to say I was never charged with anything. Nor should I have been.Wrong place wrong time.Yet I hear this whining from all these whingers, about cops. It is the farking Government you fools FFS. Grow up Fact remains the streets were a better and safer place than having to hear the moaning of the do-good , Nancy boy brigade that rides roughshod over law and order in NSW at present. You want to change it speak to your member, or in the case of some keep playing with it.

NO LUCK SO FAR.KEEP an eye out pple, let me know if you see it - hard to miss with those bling wheels.Cops turned up at the house today after we went to the police station to discuss their response with them. But by now, there really isn't much they can do except wait to see if things turn up. Have been having fun listing everything with the insurance assessor and seeing what's actually coevered, as opposed to what we will get back. I suppose even getting back a portion of what has been lost is a good start. As to getting out of the XR6T and into a phoon... yeah the insurance payout should be OK - luckily I realised they dropped the market value last year and got it bumped up to agreed value. But I have to admit I am guilty of shopping in a Mercedes Benz dealership today. My wife reckons I should stop driving a bogan car and become more "sophisticated". Even the phoon doesn't qualify apparently.......Anyway, let's see what happens in the next 2 weeks.....

Just having a rant Things have changed and not for the better I am afraid. I do remember the days of " routine licence check Sir" prior to the days of RBT, so I understand where you are coming from. But I stand firm on the fact that I believe law and order gets the pointy end of the stick where state budgets are concerned. exahsix Member 296 Member For: 19y 5m 2d Location: Monterey, NSW Posted 26/04/07 10:12 AM Author Share Posted 26/04/07 10:12 AM Well well well...guess what turned up at the insurance yard today.....3 weeks later!!!So the scumbags used my car for a few more offences, apparently it was involved in a couple high speed chases and a gun was found in it. GREAT!! Front passenger window is smashed in and the front bar a bit scratched up but apart from that, doesn't have any obvious damage. But I bet it's had the SH%T thrashed out of it. They certainly put some k's on the odometer.Seeing as it's after 14 days the car is a write off and should be the insurance companies now. Although I'm still waiting for the cashola so hopefully there won't be a fight about this. Wonder if they'll offer it back to me for salvage price.Have bought a new car now anyway, I waited the 14 days so did the right thing. There were no BF's or F6's available in auto with sunroof or leather so I've upgraded to a grandpa car. That's right Mercedes Benz CLK 320. Now that's a car calling out for some serious supercharging. Might have to look into a Vortech V2 to bolt onto teh side of it and get her up to 240kw. Anway...see you on the next cruise.....
