Just fininshed installing the Tripod with 52mm stepper motor gauges. These gauges fit "like a hand in a glove" as far as the Tripod goes. Looks good I reckon. Choice of two lighting colours ... whiteish blue and amber.

Cheers,

Scott

They are Auto Gauges, cheap Apexi knockoffs.

They look good but I do not think they are anywhere near as good as Apexi.

Thanks fella's (well most of you!) for the kind comments. These gauges are good quality and accurate. The stepper motor internal movement is Swiss made. It's like any consumer goods ... some people pay outrageous prices for a "brand name" when some lessor known articles can be just as good or better.

See the buttons on the front face ... they are for setting a warning alarm when the gauge reading gets to your set point. The gauge flashes from white to amber and sounds an alarm (the alarm can be turned off if you get sick off it). Great for track days or the drag strip.

Cheers,

Scott

The photo I posted makes the blue tinge stand out more than reality. The actual colur is typical LED white with a hint of blue ... but it looks pretty white compared to the blue dash. You can set them up to be white during the day and amber at night. Because there is some red lighting on the dash the amber on the gauges still looks pretty good.

Cheers,

Scott
