Go to the fog light switch for your lighting signal and leave the traction control one alone. That is how mine are done.

I just pulled my switch out and had a look for you.

The brown wire behind the fog light switch is the lighting wire, your earth and accessories 12 volt can be connected to any earth or acc you can find.

ok ... you need to locate the blue/red and blue/white wires at the back of the TC switch. I'm assuming you want the lighting to dim along with the instrument lights?

The blue/red is the -ve side and the blue/white is the +ve side. If you put a voltmeter across these wires you will see the volts go from about 2.8V up to 11.5v in steps as you operate the dimmer switch. These same two wires exist behind the power socket.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Scott

or alternatively, you can go down to the ciggy lighter.. there's a GND, +VE, and illumination vires

Keep in mind, the illumination is -VE dimming, so, the other side of the backlight needs to be hooked to +VE
