I dunno if its just me.. i havent noticed that much advertising lately on the new BA models or the XR6 Turbo's.. has FOMOCO slackened off a bit? I would have thought they would be trying to market it and push it as hard as possible..

I think they spent all the money on the r&d didnt they :P

They dont realy need to advertise it's selling itself at the moment with all the excellent reviews there getting.

Yeah, the add on my PC does get fairly regular runs!

The other thing I've noticed is that the 3D virtual reality Falcon on newfalcon.com seems to never have eventuated.

Agree with Dagabond, the sales mean that advertising will take a back seat.

Why cut back the advertising and ease of the pressure Ford are (finally) able to start applying to Holden? Keep the car in the limelight while its winning awards and keep it chipping away at the resolve of all those Expensive Daewoo diehards. Expensive Daewoo are brilliant at marketing, why back off now? l dont get it.

l had a Late model camira Exec hire car last week and l cant believe it is competing in the same class as the BA. The quality is dismal, the interior cheap looking and in use, panel fit (or should that be misfit) bad etc...Ford have got such a superior car l dont understand why you wouldnt be telling the world about it.

Ford have an opportunuty to blow the door off it's hinges here and they ease off wirth the advertising? Does make you wonder!!

Supply and Demand is still one hell of an issue though.
