You wont gain much in cooling by exposing a few bars of the cooler. MAybe if you were going to go with it, put a solid, strong alloy splitter under it... one gutter hit on the bottom of the core and it's rooted, I have a few bent coolers in the garage from having them exposed like that. It does look cool though←I was going to make a plate the runs behind, to keep the strenght in there, and to stop it flaping like crazy in the wind.Im not worried about it getting dameged because its already exposed, no mesh but yes bumping the under part on gutters, drive ways is my only concern.EDIT: im not doing it for more cooling more for looks and uniqueness.
