TornadoJudd Donating Members 818 Member For: 19y 2m 3d Posted 24/03/07 07:06 AM Share Posted 24/03/07 07:06 AM it cost me $35 per foot from Repco in Mackay Queensland. Adam is right Gates only sell the hose in foot long lengths. Make sure you do get submersible fuel hose it sounds like they were trying to sell you normal fuel hose if it was in metre lengths. It should say submersible on the side of the hose and should have SAE 10R printed on it as well. grepin Member 109 Member For: 18y 3m 7d Posted 07/04/07 09:00 AM Share Posted 07/04/07 09:00 AM Finished fitting my pump today. Was a last minute thing so on Easter Sat I could only get hold of some SAE 30 R6 stuff. I am guessing some of you guys have had this and split. Was from Auto Barn. Will get some Gates stuff later. Getting some performance mods done next week which was the reason for the rush. I did find that unless you made it short when you push down on the lid when fitting back in the tank it could get quite squashed. Wonder if this could help splitting more if its all bent up.
