Gates sell it per foot. You can order just 1 foot of it, I did.

it cost me $35 per foot from Repco in Mackay Queensland. Adam is right Gates only sell the hose in foot long lengths. Make sure you do get submersible fuel hose it sounds like they were trying to sell you normal fuel hose if it was in metre lengths. It should say submersible on the side of the hose and should have SAE 10R printed on it as well.

that's what I did from this place, and it was 2 dollars cheaper than sh*tco!

And I am guessing this mob will also do mailorder.

Maybe give Pirtec or H.I.S. a call. they should have this stuff in stock. if Rip... uh repco have it , these places should have it.

HIS in campbelfield is on northboune rd. so shouldnt be far out of the way from bluepower.

went to ripco today they told me it was $20 p/m, no worries I thought then I had a got look over the hose "submersible" was not written, they told me it's all they had blah blah.

gave them the part number for the 1ft pack checked it in the computer "ah.... yeah we can get that, but it's quite expensive are you sure you want it"

like fo0k me, no I just gave you the part number of the exact item I wanted but no I don't want it, fo0king ripco.

anyway they let me order it in the end so it'll be here wednesday

Finished fitting my pump today. Was a last minute thing so on Easter Sat I could only get hold of some SAE 30 R6 stuff. I am guessing some of you guys have had this and split. Was from Auto Barn. Will get some Gates stuff later. Getting some performance mods done next week which was the reason for the rush. I did find that unless you made it short when you push down on the lid when fitting back in the tank it could get quite squashed. Wonder if this could help splitting more if its all bent up.
