You only need to really worry about the high pressure side being submersible hose, cos the return is just that, low pressure and has nothing forcing on it. I have been through 3 different hoses, all supposed to be submersible, according to the shops involved. They all spilt where the hose clamp was holding them in place. All lasted an average of 3 months, whereas the last one I did was from trickys deisel up the road from you, and it lasted almost 6 months. I had the gates submersible in my glovebox, and now it sits in the tank! And it feels good knowing that it has "submersible fuel hose" printed on the side of it. If you give it WOT does it make stutter or go bang?I had some massive lean backfires and it was traced to the fuel hose.I had a PDS hooked up, and on the factory tune, it was fine until 3500rpm, then it leaned out to 16's and off the screen!
