Atomic do them also. I would pay no more than 300 bucks for a full set of whatever brand you choose.And if the grease monkey has the required tool, then he has prolly done it before. If not, you may hear him say " Oh f*ck me dead, where did that collet go!" And that's not a good thing to hear when changing valve springs. You probably don't need a re-tune, however, if the valve springs were holding you back powerwise, I would say that a retune would allow your tuner to be able to get more out of it for you.
