Gday, this question no doubt has been ask thousands of times but I really wanna convert my Premium sound screen to a dvd screen/player and hook me PS2 up to it aswell and have it playin whilst driving, not just when the handbrakes on .. Can anybody recommend me to anyone who does a good job installing, or whether its better off to do it myself.

Could someone please point me in the right direction of a good priced manufacturer where I could purchase the parts and instructions from..

And was also wanting to know a place where I could buy new front a rear speakers from, as Ive heard they are a special size.

Or if anybody knows of anyone selling this conversion kit please msg me

Cheers

Smithy

Thanks dude, So that price of $720 is ALL the parts required to do the conversion, then do you have to buy the right adaptor to run a PS2, sorry if I sound like a Dumbass but I really dont know lol

Looks like you will need to buy the PS2 adaptor, although it doesnt say any thing specifically about the PS2, just Xbox ..... I imagine they would be the same.

$720 for kit

$800 kit + fitted

Although it states the fact that the DVD DOES NOT operate while the car is moving, this would be easy enough to get around. Simply disrupt your handbrake sensor so the car thinks its always on, when it really isnt :spoton:

Just be prepared for the handbrake light to be on all the time...

Question; how the fark do you drive & play PS2 at the same time ??:nudie:

Goto www.carconverters.com.au and buy the duel ntsc/pal converter.

Buy the loom adaptor from super cheap and the aux audio in adaptor from one of the guys on the forum.

Its very simple to install or take it to any car audio place to get it installed will end up alot cheaper this way.

Will also let you plug in a reversing camera.

Let me know if u need help.
