it depends on the price, but I try to use 95 where I can. once I get the edit I might use 98 again. filled with 91 this week cause I have no money. I cant say ive noticed a great improvement with the different blends. maybe I dont drive hard enough :spoton:

Have run my car all 80,000 kms on 98 Ultimate BP unless there wasn't one available at the time... (I think I've put 3 full tanks its entire life of premium... NEVER run 91.... )

runs like a dream! :)

I run ultimate in my T ute, and used to run 95 RON or Boost 98 in my EF sedan (NA inline 6) the EF used to get an extra 50-60kms a tank from using 95 or 98 fuel..

and the difference between a tank of 91 and 95 is about $3-5...

In NZ we have real crap petrol. My XR6 will ping on 91 on a long uphill run, so 91 is not an option. Gull 91 is OK as its imported, but not a lot of Gull stations outside of Auckland.

Anyway, it runs so much better on Ultimate that I use it all the time. Mileage improves by about 5% which offsets some of the extra cost.
