Very few elections are actually won, but they are almost always lost. It's a case of which pack of lying bastards don't you want to "speak for you" for the next couple of years.

I personally think HJ will go down in history as the PM who held on to long and cost the libs the election. everything else he has does (and he has had a few cock ups over the last 12 years) will be forgotton due to this one reason.

I don't know if you can blame the voters.

I would say its more a lack of talent in the Liberal Party have in NSW and also not getting its message across even here in Vic we seen stuff ups everyday from the NSW libs.

The Libs in NSW also endorsed Howard the duck IR Laws and there on the nose big time.

In short there was no alternative for voters, its better the devil you now..

NSW will end up paying dearly for this.

nsw have the highest fines and tightest tolerances for breaches.

I know many operators that refuse freight to nsw and others are starting to charge a surcharge if they need to deliver there.

GTFO all govt. we need new, fresh people with NFI. they at least wont be corrupt YET.

I can't believe what just happenned in this election. After this state going down the tube in the last 12 years, SO MANY people still voted for Labor.

You had your chance to change it, now you're stuck with who you voted for.

The next person that complains to me about roads, schools, transport, health etc is going to get asked who they voted for. And most likely followed by a punch in the face.

Why would you vote in Liberals. I am a Liberal voter, but I have no confidence in their ability to manage anything.

Hopefully the state Liberals can pull a Rudd out of their party int he next 4 years, who will have a bit of charisma and is a leader. If not we will not see a Liberal state government.

I cannot remember a time that it was so one sided. There was no way the Democraps or Greenies would get in, as they are worse.

the prob with the greens are, there views are very narrow and they really only represent a very small part of the population. But I think they should still be in there to represent that minority.

I dont care who is the better party if they dont throw out the workchoices laws there will be no saving the younger generations and the gap between rich and poor will be huge so if you want to work without rights fell free to vote liberal
