Well , it goes back a few years but there was a construction job in the Valley in Brisbane and the workers went out on the grass for, can you believe it , a farking Dim Sim allowance because the smell of the pre cooking around morning tea time in China town made the poor little Nancy boys hungry( and I would tell the farking malingerers in person)

Cost the company thousands& thousands.... held to ransom by these ego maniac unionists and there ridiculous ambit claims ... yeah unioins are the good guys get real f*ckers

Want more examples , my post count will be in the top ten by morning. More free support for the great unwashed we don't need

I've also experienced first hand how the currupt union mindset cost others time & money and as a result would never vote for any party that openly supports their lack of principals.

Need we mention the Infamous "Icecream Stirke" at BHP Whale Back Site here in WA...The CMFEU got shirty becausd the TWU members had strawberry icecream in the crib room and they didnt....and went out on the grass because of it....I kid you not.....

I am not a union member and doubt I ever will be. But they have every right to exist and bargain hard with employers because employers bargain back just as hard. Free market competition I call it. (and both sometimes cross the line when playing hardball)

You're right they do have the right to bargain hard and if that was all they did I doubt most would have a problem.

I remember working on a large townhouse complex many years ago... the union came in and said me and the old man have to join... we refused... he then followed us and ranted and raved and made very clear threats of never been able to work again.... we didnt listen and kept walking... the next day we got the sack as apparenatly we threatened the the unionist with a stanley knife WTF

another townhouse complex and antother union bloke who made threats for two weeks on end... he yelled and screamed and threatened with never working again... we softned and caved and had to pay member ship... I then asked what do you do for me... he said we make sure you have clean toilets!!!!!!!!!!!

then a chanvge of govt and its been oh so quiet

geez how I miss those days............... bring them back on
