Cat 793c Off Highway Truck. 240tonne payload. 50ltr quad turbo V16 engine Approx 1500kw. I think that one was shot at Mt Kieth Nickel Here in WA. They also did a similar thing at KCGM in Kalgoorlie.....

You literally wouldn't feel it in the Haul Truck..... :spoton:

what economy.. I'd say they rate its usage in Litres per hour and it woud likely be in the hundreds per hour.

Even my Semi uses 40L per hour and its only a 12 litre job. jsut a baby really

They use around 1500ltr of diesel in a 24 period. They are however super efficient when you calculate payload vs fuel consumed. I have a article somewhere that compares them to a 2ltr 4 cylinder car and they are far more efficient giving the shear volume of material they shift for each ltr of diesel... :roflmbo:

Imagine 2 typhoons high and apporx 1 and 1/2 typhoons long and you be pretty close.
