Hey I need some help, I stupidly left my lights on a mac donalds and when I came out my battery is dead. Now what I need to know is can I jump start it safely without doing anything to the computer. Any help will be appriciated, as it is still there as I post this.

Cheers,

Daniel

connect the red and black to the donor car and connect red to the battery of the flat car and connect the black to the motor or earth somewhere on the engine or chassis not the battery on the flat car.

There is also somthing about turning off the donor car before connecting then once connected start the donor car let idle for a while then attept to start flat car. But I cannot remember and at the value these cars are, I will not comment past this.
