Lucky_ Member 10 Member For: 17y 9m 9d Posted 06/03/07 02:12 AM Share Posted 06/03/07 02:12 AM Quick question about the power windows in my car, and from what I have seen, Falcon power windows in general. Why are they so clunky, sticky and dodgy? When my windows are wet it sounds like the motor is really struggling to pull the window down/up. The windows slides much slower than it does when its dry, sometimes it looks as if it is goign to stop. Also the passanger window seems to slip forwards in the first few inches of movement I.e. it is being pulled down evenly.Any ideas for fixes for this problem, and more to the point, why are all the falcons I have been in like this? Spray it in the rubber tracks, wipe of the excess and they should run a lot smoother.Cheers,Scott

Was fun driving around in 2 degree weather with the window all the way down. If you got warranty I would be getting ford to have a look at your side that is moving forward a couple of inches.
