ZAP No boost, no bottle, just my foot on the throttle! The engine will crank over but not start, do this for a few seconds to get the oil flowing around the engine before starting the car normally

If you put your foot flat to the floor and crank, the car will not start. This is handy if you are wanting to build oil pressure after a change or if the car has sat unused for a long time. It is also usefull if you flood the motor.

It also is used to clean the small oil galleries with a pulsing action to attempt to dislodge any small dirt or grit that may be in there affecting cam phasing operation.
