Asbestos has been banned for years, that's no excuse. If the QFM's fix the problem then that just proves that ford need to cough up a few more $$ to fit pads that are upto the job. There is no 40 page thread on LS1 about the problem either. Its much more common in Ford, that's why this thread exists and has grown into the bloated tale of sh!tefullness that it is today. It's enough of an inconvenience having to take the car back to the dealer for annoying (and unforgivable) problems like this!Why did they make you pay??
